We’re building a worship team shaped by faithfulness, humility, unity, and excellence. Our pathway gives you time to meet the team, understand the culture, develop your gifts, and find your place.

Express your interest
Sign up to Serve
Complete the online Serve Team form. This begins the connection and assessment process for joining the Worship Team.

Let’s get to know each other
Meet the leaders
Meet the Worship Pastor and team leaders. We’ll talk about church attendance, spiritual readiness, teachability, and commitment to the vision and culture of FLC.

Experience the culture
Attend a rehearsal
Join a mid-week rehearsal to meet the team, see how we work together, and begin building relationships.

Prepare and take part
Audition
You’ll receive songs or material, guidance on expectations, and an audition date. We assess musical or vocal competency, timing, preparation, adaptability, and readiness to develop.

Learn, grow, and connect
Development period
After a successful audition, attend at least six mid-week rehearsals, no fewer than twice per month, plus monthly All Team meetings. This is a time to learn our culture and keep developing before joining the public rota.

Ready to serve
Full membership
Leaders will confirm your readiness and any personal development pathway. Once approved, you’ll sign the commitment agreement, select serving dates, and join the team rota and ongoing development process.
